Transcription: Grab the small medipack and the ankh on the pedestal. Return outside to the location of the Sphinx. Find the small tilted ledge in front of the Sphinx, climb up to the second ledge, and jump backwards to the third ledge. Walk to the edge and jump to the ledge above. Climb up and walk forward to grab the magnum clips. Now jump and continue moving along the sandy ledge. When you reach the wall, turn left ever so slightly and jump the next ledge. Continue forward.
